MODEL SEARCH
We are looking for outgoing, energetic models who want to walk the catwalk at our Mitzvah fashion show.

- Boys and Girls ages 10-13
- Moms and Dads of Mitzvah age children
- Submit completed application with (2) images (facial and full-length) to: info@mitzvahsmadesimple.com.
- Applicants (children and parents) must attend the mandatory model search day conducted by PHOENIX Fashion Week team of stylists on Sunday, October 24, 2010 at Hilton Scottsdale.
- Selected applicants (children and parents) must be available for a fitting and rehearsal the week of Monday, November 8, 2010. Day and time to be announced at a later date.
- Selected applicants (children and parents) must be at Hilton Scottsdale by 9am on Sunday, November 14, 2010 and be prepared to stay until the conclusion of the fashion show at 3:00pm.
- All selected applicants must sign model release for eligibility. Selected applicants under the age of 18 must receive parent/guardian signature for participation.
